Hi, my name is Brittany and I am excited about the prospect of you becoming a student at Randolph College!

I moved to Lynchburg from Orlando, Florida in 2008 to study Religion at Liberty University. During my four years at college, Lynchburg absolutely captured my heart and has become the place I am proud to call home. If you choose Randolph College, you will have the opportunity to experience all that Lynchburg and Virginia have to offer. Some of my favorite things to do around town would be running the trails at Blackwater Creek, hanging out at The Muse (one of the local coffee shops), hiking the Peaks of Otter (45 minutes away) or shopping at the Farmer's Market downtown. My best memories and most meaningful friendships were made in college and I hope you experience the same.

I spent my senior year at Liberty University working in their recruitment department, providing daily tours to visitors of the campus and planning events for prospective students and their families. I thoroughly enjoyed working with new students as they made the transition into college life. Choosing a college is an enormous decision that will have a tremendous impact on the direction your life. Choosing to attend Randolph College means choosing academic excellence, a tight knit community and professors who will personally encourage you to work hard to achieve your goals.

As you take the next steps in your college application process, I am here to help. Feel free to contact me at bmatheson@randolphcollege.edu or 434-485-2418.
