Hello, my name is Ben Downs. Originally from western Pennsylvania, I am happy to call Lynchburg home. I graduated from The College of Wooster with a double major in History and Black Studies and played baseball. I have had the opportunity to travel to various parts of the world, my most fulfilling trip, so far, has been to South Africa. In my free time I like to golf, read, and of course root for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Randolph College provides a tremendous opportunity to grow as a person, to embrace multiple cultures in a diverse environment, and to work one on one with experienced, respected, and devoted faculty members. Both in and out of the classroom, your experiences at Randolph will certainly impact you for the rest of your life.
